What cookies we use and how to manage them
This page explains which cookies this website uses and how to manage them, in implementation of the Guidelines of the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali of June 10, 2021, and Directive 2002/58/EC.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that visited websites save on the user's device. They serve to make the site work, remember preferences, or collect usage statistics.
Technical cookies — always active
They are necessary for the website to function and do not require consent. Without them, the site cannot operate properly.
petillo_consenso— stores your cookie choices. Duration: 180 days.petillo_lingua— stores your language preference. Duration: 12 months.petillo_sess— technical session cookie, necessary for form security. Duration: session.petillo_admin— administration panel session, set only for Firm operators. Duration: session.
The site also stores reading preferences (text size, contrast, font) in the browser's local storage: they remain on your device and are never transmitted to the server.
Analytics cookies — subject to consent
If activated by the Firm and authorized by the user, they serve to understand in aggregate form how the site is used. They are disabled by default.
Third-party content — subject to consent
Google Maps maps and YouTube videos are embedded in click-to-load mode: they are not loaded until you explicitly request it. Only at that point can the provider set its own cookies and collect browsing data.

How to change your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Manage cookies” link found at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings; in that case, some features may not be available.
Consent log
When you make a choice from the banner, your selection is recorded with date and time, a browser identifier, IP address, and the version number of this policy: this serves as proof of consent given, as required by Art. 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The log is retained for 24 months, after which older records are automatically deleted, and it is not used for any other purpose.
No advertising profiling cookies
This site does not use profiling cookies for advertising purposes and does not engage in cross-site tracking.
