Petillo & Partners is a multidisciplinary professional firm operating through five practice groups in the fields of tax law, administrative law, and civil law, specifically family law and employment law. The firm also features a dedicated team for European Projects. For all other legal matters, the firm relies on a network of satellite offices personally coordinated by Avv. Prof. Guerrino Petillo and Avv. Prisca Petillo. In matters closely related to the core competencies of the internal teams—such as criminal law and tax criminal law—legal assistance is ensured through integrated case management, which includes co-counsel representation in litigation where required.
The founder and current coordinator of the Rome office is Avv. Prof. Guerrino Petillo, admitted to practice before the higher courts and specializing in appeals before the European Court.
Avv. Prof. Guerrino Petillo is currently Coordinator of the Scientific Committee for Executive Education at Università Internazionale di Roma (UNINT), tasked with delivering advanced Master's programs. He is also a member of the Collegio dei Probiviri of the Unione Nazionale delle Camere Tributarie (UNCAT) and a Board Member of the Camera degli Avvocati Tributaristi di Roma (CAT), for which he served as sole speaker at the National Congress held in Cagliari.
In 2026, he was appointed Responsabile Nazionale Fisco of the Unione Piccoli Proprietari Immobiliari (UPPI), as well as a member of its Consiglio di Presidenza. Furthermore, he has handled major national administrative law cases before the TAR Lazio and the Consiglio di Stato on behalf of national associations.
The firm’s teams comprise a wide range of professionals, including commercialisti, architects, engineers, geometri, and communications experts.
Clients can therefore benefit from comprehensive legal assistance thanks to the seamless collaboration among these diverse specialists, allowing every issue to be analyzed from all angles through a truly multidisciplinary approach.
Additionally, the tax law team regularly organizes training conferences for lawyers at the Aula Avvocati of the Corte di Cassazione or Cassa Forense, commissioned by the Centro Studi of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma.
